Batting and Pillow Forms

Fairfield Processing produces a variety of battings for every quilting and crafting need. All of their battings are non-allergenic, hand and machine washable when quilted, easy-to-handle and a joy to needle. Batting is non-woven product used for quilts, wall hangings, quilted clothing, home décor accessories and other craft projects.

Fairfiled utilizes two manufacturing processes to produce quilt batting. The bonding process, during which the batting is coated with a light resin to resist fiber migration, produces battings that maintain a consistent loft through years of repeated washings. Needlepunched batting is created when thousands of tiny barbed needles interlock a blanket quality batting sheet.
