Top and dress have 3/4 puff sleeves with elastic, front ties, purchased sew on snaps and scoop neckline finished with bias tape. Top has peplum hem. Dress has gathers at the waist. Barrel shaped pants have elastic waistband, belt loops, front and back darts and pockets.
